Err... I /think/ you can connect to a modded xbox over ftp or SMB remotely.

Although I have one, it's not they way I use it, so I can't be sure.

I'm not sure if it _needs_ to be chipped or not. If not, then you're ok
- - otherwise you're looking at spending between 10 and 40 quid extra

You might also want to try looking in e.g. CashNCarry like pawn shop
place (forgotten it's proper name) in Redditch town centre - just at the
top of the hill from the train station.

It may be cheaper buying from there, as there will be no postage.
