"Every so often" ? I'd be happy for there to be a more regular meeting
- but personally, I doubt I'd be able to do e.g. monthly or
fortnightly. I'm sure I'd attend some though.

Indeed. If this level of organisation/routine is required, I'd rather
people banded together and e.g. went to South Birmingham LUG - as they
already have a structure and seem quite good at organising a wide
range of talks. Presumably there would be some scope for e.g. lift
sharing etc.

No. There's no point in that - unless RnBLug was to mutate into
something quite different.

As big as possible, but I don't think it would ever grow to e.g. 50
(who turn up to meetings). There just aren't enough people in the
catchment area!

No, but I've never seen a group where 100% of the members are all
heavily involved. I'm personally happy if e.g. one new face shows up
at a meeting.
