How much? postage for a CD is probably about 30p and a CD is about 15p.

so, not counting some poor bastards time sitting there copying CDs, you
can do 1 school for 45p.

so, call it a round 50p. 100 schools for 50ukp.

one way would be for (say) 10 people to buy a 'stack' of 100 CDRs and
splitt them 10 ways. 10 discs each should be easy enough...
