Martyn,

I think that it is generally agreed in the IT community and society at
large that Linux will become the predominate OS within the next few
years. As long as we keep that goal in mind, we can develop our IT
strategy toward full Linux deployment. It'll take time, but there is no
rush - it's our kids that will full develop Linux - not us - we just
need to guide them.
