That seems reasonable to me :-)

OK, here's a proposal - 
How many people are prepared to commit
one hour per week (bar the odd week off)
to admining the site and adding content?

If at least three people come forward (in
addition to myself), let's say we get the
site going again - possibly with PostNuke
- but first let's see if (i) the admins are
there and (ii) the ideas for content are
also there.
