Black, Green, Blue, Red, Grey, White - All after different case colours (Car 
spray is wonderful stuff)
Sparky, Solder, Tiny, Pandora, Scratchy, Skippy, Olli, Gene, ProGene.
The rest are usually refered to where they are as I shout across the room, 
requesting someone to reboot it, as and when needed.
The only exception seems to be the Macs which are just referred to as "That 
Mac" followed by finger pointing in a vague direction. 
No real themes now I have run out of case colours.
