[SC.LUG] low cost, low power board

Some on this list are looking at developing in-car
computers (hello Ian) or other embedded kit.

I found quite an interesting board - WRAP, the 
Wireless Router Application Platform, at
www.pcengines.ch
It's got good connectivity, a truly open BIOS
and (for x86-compat) low power consumption.

Might make the basis for a LUG project if anyone
is interested :)
