I have seen that.

I think it doesnt compare favourably enough to the Via ME6000 - its 
expensive, not much lower power, and not powerful enough to play DVDs 
(would be nice).

I think if I wanted a non-DVD-capable platform (IOW low on CPU grunt) I 
would be looking at an ARM based board.
