I've an idea Windows has a direct cable connection function hidden in it somewhere that should work with the serial/parallel cable Pete sugested. Or you could move the HD from one to the other temporarily. You might have to fiddle with jumpers to make it a slave for a while, but sometimes that's easier than persuading the more obscure parts of Windows to work properly.
