Firstly the lug.org.uk server is very sick so there is a considerable
delay on mails arriving. Secondly there was a configuration change to
attempt to alleviate the load on the lug.org.uk box. The box gets a
lot of legitimate mail but also an awful lot of spam/junk mail too.
Much of it from compromised machines on home DSL lines. The involved
accepting mails only from machines that have a proper rdns setup. If
you don't (many linux users with mail servers at home don't) then it
would not accept your mail. The change has been reverted, so it's back
to how it was.

There is a replacement box which is now in it's rack at the hosting
provider and is waiting on the admins copying everything over from the
old box.
