This is correct reply-to behaviour for a list. In Mutt just hit L 
for list reply. In most clients, right-click and `L'

Many lists overwrite the reply-to header so that replies automatically
go to the list. As well as causing embarrassment when a private reply
is accidentally sent to the list (something we have all done ;)  It
breaks the Reply-to that many people set when they send from one
particular SMTP server, but wish to receive at another address.

Although this list exhibits the correct behaviour, so many do not
that one comes to expect reply-to overwrite from the list :-/
Like top-posting, binary attachments, and all the other ills of
the modern Internet, I suspect there's no answer that will satisfy
everyone :-/
