You should just need a line looking like

relayhost = your.isps.smtp.server
in /etc/postfix/main.cf

Though you may still have problems depending on whether nevstah is
registered to your isp or there's an mx record pointing to your machine

I cope without though (the last two) and it may result in a slight scoring
up of my email but it usually escapes...
