[SC.LUG] 3 Strike Petition

Hi,

I think it would be quite hard to enforce, you can connect by so many
methods and ways now, even a pay and go SIM on mobile broadband, not
even a name and address given in store when you purchase it.  And now
"3" have a mobile broadband wifi router available.

And if you are downloading illegally I'm afraid to say you get
whatever is coming to you especially if your silly enough to do it on
a traceable means. lol
