That is not fair to be honest, what if some one is living in a shared house?
I can't keep an eye on all students here!

Also, wouldn't that mean 3g usb internet sticks will be more famous now? if
you get disconnected, get another SIM and it is all sorted.

As for signing the petition, I don't think it will help, as they never
listen to what the public wants!
