[sclug] Making more use of the sclug.org.uk server :-)

Having said that the sever used for sclug.org.uk is short of disk space
this might push it over the top.  But here goes any way.

I'd be happy to give members the ability to have an sclug.org.uk mail
address with either pop3 or imap access.  So if you want an email
address like anything at yourname.sclug.org.uk let me know.
