Bad news.

Office politics has messed this up.
The awkward building manager got the request from VERY senior 
management to make this happen, but came back saying no problem, but it 
would cost ?750 PER MEETING.

My manager couldn't justify this cost, and it is extorinate, just so 
this guy can save face (quoting health and safety, extra personnel 
required on site etc. etc.)
This has really ticked me off.

Anyway I'll start looking for other cheaper establishments..... the 
local MAC group meets in bracknell in a nice place that costs ~ ?30 a 
go, so there is bound to be other cheaper places around... if anyone 
know of anything, please shout on list.
