If you're still interested, I know people on TextDrive
<http://textdrive.com/> who supports tonnes of "up and coming" open
source software (Ruby on Rails, anyone?) and apparently the support is
excellent. The prices are pretty reasonable too. One thing that might be
a problem for you is that they're in America.
