[sclug] Virtual server hosting

Ahoy,

Does anyone have any recommendations for virtual server hosting? My 
requirements are as follows:

- Must only use free software
- Priced around ?100-?150 per year
- A decent disk space and bandwidth allocation

I've so far come across the following:

http://www.mythic-beasts.com/vds.html

However, the UKFSN service is currently (by their own admission) too 
unreliable for them to promote it publicly, and the Mythic Beasts service 
gives half the bandwidth allocation for a higher price (I'd get a discount 
from UKFSN).

Any other suggestions are welcome :)
