[sclug] SCLUG wiki site now running.

Tom,

I copied some pages directly off the Hants-LUG, it was easy to do, and
should give the site some slight structure. I also pasted in some links
from the main SCLUG site as well.

One thing Alan Pope didn't mention in his talk about Wikis[0] is their
tendency for poor navigation. As the SCLUG wiki is new it's easier to
put some structure in now before it gets to complex to change.
