[sclug] Open source DHTML menus

Dear All,

I know there are millions of DHTML nav menus out there but can anyone 
recommend one which fits the following requirements:

1) Open source (free for commercial websites)
2) Works on all decent browsers as well as IE
3) Uses relative not absolute positioning
4) Looks nicer than Margaret Thatcher in a bikini!!

All the decent ones I've found closed source and commercial which is a 
problem because of my open source ethics and because I'm tight.
