A brief survey of the 3 ?ubuntu boxes here has admin as 111 on KUbuntu, 
but 112 on XUbuntu. On the XUbuntu box, 111 goes to gdm - looks like kdm 
(the kde alternative to gdm) doesn't need its own group.

So my answer would be: 111 for KUbuntu, 112 for XUbuntu or straight Ubuntu.
