[sclug] Ubuntu admin group

Thanks to all those who leapt to help me.

IDs 111 and 112 are already used on my installation, but on inspection I 
discovered that ID 11 was a gap in the groups list (...8,9,10,12,13... 
etc), so on a hunch I used that. All seems well at the moment (as far as 
I can tell).
