Ah interesting, and the things one neglects to say.

I'm not impatient to get the _latest_ version (0.8.6-...), what I'm
after is a Debian-ised build of the most recent complete release
(0.8.5). This is part of tracking down an interoperability bug with
mvpmc (the green junk appearing on screen that I mentioned to you last
month); I'd like to test a released version, and make it possible for
any mvpmc maintainer who's trying to reproduce the big to test against
the same version, rather than depend solely upon whatever random build
happens to be in sid/videolan.org from time to time.
