[sclug] Cheap reliable low-end ADSL?

Not following the 'great ADSL' thread since that forked off a completely 
different thread[1] but I'm looking for the cheapest, least hassle ADSL 
provider for my mum (in mid-Wales - does anyone have a link handy for 
checking which exchanges are ADSL-enabled?). It doesn't need blazing 
bandwidth, although we might ship a fair amount of data across it so 
preferably no traffic cap.



[1] I wish people wouldn't do that, grrr! :-)
