[sclug] OT: one for the Reading residents

I currently live in Tilehurst - just near the top of Dee Road.
It used to be a bit of a war zone, but it's generally quiet over
winter. The number 17 bus is the main link to Reading so its
handy to be close to that.

Everywhere has its rough places but all in all its not that bad.
