They don't exactly make it easy to find the Linux section but it is
there. If you go to dell.co.uk and use the search box and type "linux"
one of the results links to the Ubuntu pre-installed page.
You can get a reasonable PC for about ?250 (inc VAT & del)

They also do notebooks for about ?330 (inc VAT & del).

They are a little more expensive than the Tescos one but you can
at least do the "build my PC" that Dell offers. It is also a good
way of buying a Dell PC avoiding the Micro$oft tax.
