[sclug] Upgrading to Ubuntu Gutsy (v7.10)

My upgrade this afternoon was less that 750 megs. And total time
(download + Upgrade) was less than 2.5 hrs. But Im expecting some final
updates / upgrades on the 18th, when the final comes out.
