BTDTGTTS. But as others have pointed out the frustration belongs with 
the hardware manufacturers who make damn' sure their kit works with 
windoze but don't care if other OSes to work on it, even it just means 
complying with standards.

OTOH you've a good case for getting a refund on your Linux :-)
