[sclug] Starting up real meetings again.

I seem to be the organiser of this group by default, but as we are 
looking for meeting again in a pub and actually talking to each other 
again I guess we need to decide where and when that happens. There was 
some discussion on this list around the time lockdown started that we 
should no continue to custom the Back of Beyond. I and some others took 
issue with the owner of Wetherspoons Tim Martin and his support for Brexit.
