[Scottish] Talk Suggestions ?

Perhaps something like:
  o  a basic introduction (ideas & concepts).
  o  an example "get you going" recipe.
  o  some thoughts on how to get it to work from DHCP.
  o  how to get a list of packages the default configuration(s) will 
     install?
  o  is there a way of installing custom configs without building a custom
     RPM ?
  o  anything else that sounds interesting or might be useful ...

Anything like that would be excellent.
