chucking money on a semi-routine basis at FSF, Mozilla Foundation and 
SourceForge would seem the most project-neutral way to do this, i.e. Q4 
FSF, Q1 Mozilla, Q2 SF, Q3 ScotLUG Xmas Night Out Beer Fund.
