Have a look at www.anlx.net

As for SMTP delivery of mail... If your on a static IP, get your own
mailserver set as the 1st preference MX for the domain. Most ISPs will
provide backup MX for your domains for little/no charge. That way your =
mail
will always arrive via SMTP.
