[Scottish] Good ISP for ADSL business and hosting?

Thanks, it is inbound smtp delivery I want.
Demon do this but not sure what they do in the way of cgi.
It is mentioned in their web site but hey don't go into details and can't
find anything more on this. I will have to call them now.
