According to the Scottish LUG list
(http://www.lug.org.uk/lugs/scotland.php), the contact person for the
West Lothian LUG is Ben Drysdale (ben at 150bpm.co.uk). If you haven't
already done so, I think it would be polite to ask him about his plans
and see if you can either take over his role if he is too busy, or
join forces.
