Hi, 
We finally went with Force9 (PlusNet). They seeme to offer everything that we 
needed at the best price.
They have proved to be very good and have a good web based interface for 
updating DNS records etc and a good portal for support queries.
The ADSL link has went down a few times over the year due to BT problems and a 
few problems with the Force9's network or when an upgrade has not went to 
plan but the company can live with this downtime so it has not been a 
problem.
