[Scottish] Mailing list to web interface

I don't have access to IRC @ work, so the only way I (rarely) take part in conversations is by email.  If there was NNTP access available I would use it.

I do, however, lurk a lot 8-)).

As to the monthly meetings, I really would like to do more than just 'meet at the pub'.  I enjoy talking to everyone else, but I want more... I want to learn!!
