[Scottish] January 2004 meeting

The January meeting will be on the 29th at 7:30 firstly in the Livi Tower 
Strathclyde Uni and then in the Counting House George Sq.

We have a guest speaker Bob Kerr of Edlug who willl give a short talk on his 
successful advocacy effort in getting almost all Scottish public libraries to 
carry Open Office.
