Use it quite often, works very well. Conference call functionality has
proved useful. And a colleague in Ireland has used 'SkypeOut' to join a
'BT Meetme' (PSTN) conference, which wouldn't accept someone dialling in
from an Irish landline for some reason. Very handy tool..

As for headsets the cheaper Plantronics ones sound tinny. I used a cheapo
Packard Bell set which apparently sounds ok.
