[Scottish] The Radius Project Community media lab

The Radius Project is a new Glasgow based organisation set up to deliver a
community regeneration project in Pollokshields.

The organisation will operate from a shop space on Shields rd. The shop
space will provide the community with a workshop area, media lab, gallery
and sustainability information point (waste management and environmental
information). 

I am keen to use open source systems and, where possible, second hand
hardware. Sheffield based Lowtech.org can install a network using linux.
However, to ensure reliability, I will require local tech support for the
project - with a view to extending the role of technology within the
regeneration project if the media lab proves successful.

I'd be keen to speak Scotlug members about the project in more detail.
