[Scottish] This months meeting

Afternoon all,

For those of us not slacking off during work time on IRC...

This months meeting is going to be a political debate with candidates
from the 5 major parties in Scotland attending.

More information as always is available on the wiki at the link below.

The format for the evening will be a debate centred around 4 main
topic areas allowing the candidates each 2 minuites to respond to one
question from each topic area.  The fifth and final topic will be a
freeform discussion left open to the floor.

Please reply to this email indicating what topic areas you would like
to cover on the night and I will pick the most popular 4 areas.

If anyone has any further questions or suggestions about the format of
the evening or anything else then please let me know asap.
