[Sderby] html/mime sp*m warnings

A number of you will have noticed your mail is being held for approval=20
while admin checks if it is sp*m. This is because your mailers are set=20
to send both plain text and html contents (multi-part mime=20
attachments), if you don't want to wait for admin approval turn off=20
this feature (bug).=20

When replying to a mail that is multi-part remember to strip any html=20
content from the mail before posting.
