Is 193.88.110.xxx an internal network address? RIPE comes up with...
inetnum:      193.88.0.0 - 193.89.255.255
netname:      DK-TELEDANMARK-950420
descr:        ALLOCATED BLOCK
descr:        Provider Local Registry
descr:        Tele Danmark
country:      DK

193 should be a class C but clearly here, they have 256 C blocks.

If it is an internal network address, it could be that by failing to conform
to 192.168.xxx.xxx/24, your router/gateway is confused.

If it is internal, is the sys admin who set it up self taught? :-)
Reserved internal addresses are:
'A' 10.x.x.x;
'B' 172.16.x.x to 172.31.x.x; and,
'C' 192.168.x.x.
so it might be that 193 is being looked for in the wrong place.
