Hi all,

I have made a small  software for Internet Traffic Control. It can 
control the speed of everyone and don't let anyone to abuse the 
bandwith like kazaa, donwload manager or edonkey users.
The software only needs the ip and bandwith and you can make 
single clients or groups.
Is perfect for any one with a Linux NAT box and a small local 
network like a school, office, library.
Please I need feedback to continue the devolopment.
