Also avoid Virgin as they use the NTL infrastructure (certainly the ADSL
users) and hence you will suffer from the dreadful NTL transparent web
caches.

What about UKLinux they may be worth investigating.

times for the odd dailup and whereas with freeserve I can't get my Cisco
3000 VPN client to work it works OK with adial.
