Well, it looks a bit like the server performed a probe for an open proxy 
(SMTP by the looks of the site it directs you to) and found one.  If you 
disable it, and try again, you might have some success.  If, of course, 
you haven't got an open proxy, you'll need to go to the link it sent you 
to clear it down.  That'll teach you to use a DSL service with 
non-static IP addresses - it's probably someone else's fault, afterall.
