[Sderby] How do you set-up a CDRW via Mandrake 9.0

You DON'T need to recompile the kernel to get SCSI emulation 
under Mandrake 9.0, or at least I didn't.  You may need to add a 
line of text to lilo.conf, though.  I'm afraid I didn't make a 
note of the exact text, and I don't use 9.0 now.
