Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that 'long reach ADSL' (up to 10Km and beyond) is currently only being trialled in Milton Keynes. The rest of the country will have to wait and play catchup if the trials are successful, maybe by end 2004.

PS Just be rejected for ADSL myself and looking forward to seeing the results of the trials in Milton Keynes.
