Just for one moment I envisioned a garage full of 1970s
behemoths filled with Intel four-bit processors, and umpteen
boards of discrete components. I even relished the dim
possibility of a magnetic core memory :-D

They would have been  great companion to my 286 laptop
with the gas plasma green screen =^)
