Laurence, I'm not sure I know who you are, do you attend the weekly
meetings?

I believe Ian is in charge of the web presence we have and is in the process
of updating this at present (correct me if I'm wrong, Ian).  If you have any
suggestions for this I'm sure they would be appreciated.

I believe that to have reached this mailing list then you have some level of
"web experience" and will have likely lurked and seen how the general
rule-of-thumb posting goes.  A gentle nudge in the correct direction is
never a bad thing though and I would deffinatly say this constitutes advice.

I'm sorry that you feel the state of the mailing list has "gone down hill",
perhaps you can contribute some pointers that you feel would enhance the
list?
