[Fife Linux Users Group] Implications of /var filling up?

It is actually one of our web hosting provider's servers so I don't know what is causing it to fill up - probably log files!

They do seem to have the partitions well split up already:
/
/backup
/boot
/home
/var
/tmp
/usr

I should have shared that in the first email.

Any further comments?
